MEANWELL New High Power Outdoor Power Supply for LED lighting

For demand of LED lighting, architecture decoration, and outdoor lighting, MEAN WELL (distributed by Soanar) has released two new series, HLG-240 and HLG-240H. 

This product family has input voltage range 90 to 305VAC, standard DC outputs from 12V to 54V and built-in active power factor correction function for PF >0.9 if loading is over 65%.   

The new series has 4KV surge immunity for street lighting requirements, comes fully potted with heat-dissipating glue to reach IP65 or IP67 level and has the option to adjust output voltage range from 95 to 105% and current range from 50 to 100%.  They sport a rugged aluminum case with stainless steel fasteners, operates at up to 94% efficiency and from -30^oC to +70^oC ambient temperature. Protections for short circuit, over voltage, overload, and over temperature exist and the units comply with all relevant standards including EN61347.1 and EN61347.2.13.
